CONVERSATIONS ON LIVING
PODCAST MEDIA PACK

CONVERSATIONS ON LIVING IS A PODCAST ABOUT TAKING OWNERSHIP OF LIFE

Started in 2017 as the Chris Brock Podcast, it began as a quest to figure out how life is supposed to work, based on conversations with individuals who seem to know the rules of the game. Since then it has become the Conversations on Living, with the tagline: Exploring the koan of life.

This title and subtitle are a distillation of key themes around the topics of:

Empowerment • Healing • Overcoming inner obstacles • Fear • Courage • Joy • Happiness • Peace • Confidence • Encouragement • existentialism • Spiritual Wellbeing • Slow Living • Growth • Mindset

Guest Selection

Guests are chosen on the basis of their contribution to the above topics. They may be thinkers, writers, philosophers, or practitioners. They may be carving out their own niche, successfully proving that one doesn’t need to follow the conventions laid out before each of us, and are actively taking ownership of their own existence.

Diversity Policy

This podcast has a commitment to diversity, and aims to actively provide a platform to individuals from a variety of ages, (dis)abilities, genders, races (including colour, nationality, and ethnic or national origin), religions, beliefs, sex and sexual orientations.

Freedom of Speech

This podcast believes in freedom of speech, but it also believes in the freedom not to offer a platform to misogyny, bigotry, racism, hatred, or divisiveness.
